ES-111 Readiness Gate¶
Purpose¶
This readiness gate verifies that ES-111 is complete and ES-112 can begin responsibly.
Deployment and transition should not begin until operational scope, support, monitoring, incident response, rollback, user transition, and operational risks are clear.
Completion standard¶
You are ready to continue when each gate is satisfied or explicitly marked not applicable with rationale.
Does operational readiness align with the ES-110 release decision?

Is operational scope explicit and limited appropriately?

Are support owners, escalation paths, and decision authorities assigned?

Are monitoring signals and action triggers defined?

Is an operational incident response path defined?

Are rollback, pause, restriction, and stop criteria defined?

Are user communication, onboarding, limitations, feedback, and issue-reporting expectations defined?

Are operational risks recorded, assigned, and monitored?

Has operational readiness been reviewed?

Does the readiness summary explain why ES-112 can begin?

Exit criteria¶
ES-111 is complete when operational readiness evidence is sufficient for deployment and transition to begin within the approved scope.
If not ready¶
If ES-111 is not ready, do not deploy and hope operations will catch up.
Return to ES-110 if release scope is unsupported. Return to ES-111 activities if support, monitoring, incident response, rollback, or user transition evidence is incomplete.
Do not begin deployment if stop criteria are not defined.
The readiness gate protects users, support staff, and governance from inheriting uncontrolled operational ambiguity.
