Operations Example¶
Purpose¶
This section contains the completed ES-111 — Operational Readiness example for the LMU Campus Operations and Incident Coordination Platform.
This is not a generic operations template. It is the operational-readiness package the LMU project team prepared after ES-110 approved LMU-COICP-RC-001 for internal engineering review only.
ES-111 answers a specific question:
Can LMU safely support a controlled internal engineering review of RC-001 before deployment, without drifting into operational pilot, real incident use, production data, emergency workflow, or AI-assisted summaries?
Operational readiness context¶
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Release candidate | LMU-COICP-RC-001 |
| Release decision | Internal engineering review only |
| Planned deployment ID | DEP-LMU-COICP-2026-03-18-001 |
| Planned review environment | LMU-COICP Internal Engineering Review Environment |
| Planned dataset | Spring Semester Synthetic Incident Dataset |
| Synthetic incident records planned | 421 |
| Planned reviewer accounts | 24 |
| AI Incident Summary | Disabled |
| Operational pilot | Not approved |
| Real incident data | Prohibited |

Example set¶
Operational Readiness Overview
Define the LMU operational objective, RC-001 boundary, reviewer groups, and readiness question.
02Operational Scope
Define approved LMU reviewers, dataset, capabilities, disabled capabilities, and scope restrictions.
03Support Model
Assign LMU Campus Operations, IT, Compliance, AI Review, and Architecture Review Board support roles.
04Monitoring and Observability Plan
Define what LMU will observe during the RC-001 internal review window.
05Incident Response Plan
Define responses to real data, access bypass, missing evidence, AI activation, and emergency-boundary misuse.
06Rollback and Stop Plan
Define LMU stop, pause, access removal, dataset reset, and return-to-stage controls.
07User Transition Plan
Define reviewer onboarding and the exact operational limits LMU reviewers must hear before deployment.
08Operational Risk Register
Record LMU operational risks and ES-112 controls.
09Operational Readiness Review
Record the LMU readiness review and deployment conditions.
10Operational Readiness Summary
Summarize readiness for RC-001 deployment.

ES-111 is not preparing COICP for production. It prepares a controlled LMU internal engineering review of RC-001, with synthetic data, approved reviewers, AI disabled, and stop criteria active.
