ES-114 Stewardship Package LMU Learning Cycle

Purpose

This section contains the completed ES-114 — Stewardship / Post-Release Learning example for the LMU Campus Operations and Incident Coordination Platform.

This is not a generic lessons-learned package. It is the LMU/COICP stewardship record created after the March 18–22, 2026 internal engineering review of LMU-COICP-RC-001.

ES-114 converts real project evidence into next-cycle decisions. The monitoring window showed that the LMU internal-review boundary held, but it also confirmed that COICP is still not ready for operational pilot. The next cycle must focus on trustworthiness gaps, not expansion.
