ES-114 Activities¶
Purpose¶
This page guides post-release learning and stewardship work for ES-114.
Complete these activities after an approved operation, review, pilot, release, or monitoring window. The objective is not to produce observations only. The objective is to produce routed action, ownership, stewardship, and next-cycle direction.
Activity 1 — Create post-release learning overview¶

AI may help cluster feedback, map defects to ETIS stages, identify risks that should remain under stewardship, and draft next-cycle recommendations. Humans own stewardship decisions.
Do not let ES-114 produce only observations. The stage must produce decisions, backlog items, routing, and ownership.
The final stage is not an ending. It is the disciplined start of the next cycle.
