ES-112 Readiness Gate¶
Purpose¶
This readiness gate verifies that ES-112 is complete and ES-113 can begin responsibly.
Operations and monitoring should not begin until deployment and transition evidence confirms the system was exposed within approved boundaries.
Completion standard¶
You are ready to continue when each gate is satisfied or explicitly marked not applicable with rationale.

Does deployment scope match release and operational scope?

Was deployment execution recorded?

Was transition communication prepared and delivered?

Were access and data controls confirmed?

Was rollback, pause, disablement, or stop approach validated?

Were post-deployment checks completed?

Does the readiness summary explain why ES-113 can begin?

Exit criteria¶
ES-112 is complete when deployment and transition evidence is sufficient for operations and monitoring to begin.
If not ready¶
If ES-112 is not ready, do not enter operations and hope monitoring will catch up.
Return to the activity or prior stage that owns the gap: operational readiness, release readiness, environment readiness, access, data, rollback, transition communication, or post-deployment verification.
Do not enter ES-113 if the deployed scope is unclear.
The readiness gate ensures operations inherits a known deployed state, not a mystery.
