Operational Readiness Summary¶
Example purpose¶
This artifact summarizes ES-111 Operational Readiness for LMU/COICP.
It records whether ES-112 Deployment and Transition can begin and under what limits.

Summary¶
ES-111 prepared LMU/COICP for the controlled internal engineering review of LMU-COICP-RC-001.
The operational-readiness package defines LMU reviewer groups, support ownership, monitoring signals, incident response, rollback/stop criteria, reviewer transition messaging, operational risks, and ES-112 deployment conditions.
The system is not operationally ready for real campus use. It is conditionally ready for ES-112 Deployment and Transition only within the internal engineering review scope.

Operational decision¶
Ready for ES-112 Deployment and Transition for LMU internal engineering review only.
Deployment handoff¶
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Planned deployment ID | DEP-LMU-COICP-2026-03-18-001 |
| Planned deployment date | March 18, 2026 |
| Target environment | LMU-COICP Internal Engineering Review Environment |
| Planned dataset | Spring Semester Synthetic Incident Dataset |
Required ES-112 deployment conditions¶
- Deploy LMU-COICP-RC-001 only.
- Use LMU-COICP Internal Engineering Review Environment only.
- Provision 24 approved LMU reviewer accounts only.
- Load Spring Semester Synthetic Incident Dataset only.
- Keep AI Incident Summary disabled.
- Keep production connectors disabled.
- Include Campus Safety emergency-boundary scenario.
- Validate reviewer access removal.
- Validate synthetic dataset reset.
- Deliver transition communication before reviewer access.
- Preserve known defects in deployment notes.
Known defects carried to ES-112¶
| Defect | ES-112 Treatment |
|---|---|
| DEF-001 invalid status transition validation | Keep visible; review only with synthetic scenarios |
| DEF-002 access-control matrix incomplete | Approved reviewer accounts only |
| DEF-003 evidence write failure behavior unverified | Release blocker; monitor normal-path evidence |
| DEF-004 emergency-boundary testing incomplete | Include COICP-SYN-322 scenario |
| DEF-005 build/test command evidence incomplete | Carry as engineering evidence improvement |
Risks carried to ES-112¶
- Scope confusion.
- Real or sensitive data entry.
- Evidence event failure.
- Access-control bypass.
- AI Incident Summary activation.
- Emergency-boundary misuse.
- Deployment stop/rollback gap.
- Reviewers treating known defects as resolved.
Readiness for ES-112¶
Decision: Yes, ES-112 can begin conditionally.
Deployment and Transition may proceed only for LMU internal engineering review.
Final operational-readiness statement¶
LMU/COICP is ready to begin ES-112 Deployment and Transition for RC-001 internal engineering review.
The project remains coherent: ES-110 limited the release, ES-111 prepared LMU operational support for that exact boundary, and ES-112 must now deploy only within that boundary.
