Create optional outputs only when they clarify real operational evidence.

Output quality checklist

Confirm that required artifacts exist, monitoring scope matches deployed scope, checks are recorded, incidents are recorded or explicitly absent, access and data limits are reviewed, guardrails are monitored, AI status is monitored, feedback is captured, risks and issues are updated, and readiness for ES-114 is documented.

Downstream use in ES-114

ES-114 uses ES-113 outputs to identify lessons, improvement actions, unresolved risks, governance concerns, backlog items, stewardship duties, and lifecycle decisions.

Without ES-113 evidence, ES-114 becomes speculation.
