LMU/COICP Example

Release Readiness Example

Follow LMU/COICP as ES-109 testing evidence becomes a concrete release decision for RC-001: internal engineering review only, Spring Semester Synthetic Incident Dataset only, AI Incident Summary disabled, operational pilot blocked, and ES-111 operations limited to the same boundary.

ES-110 Release Package LMU RC-001

Purpose

This section contains the completed ES-110 — Release Readiness example for the LMU Campus Operations and Incident Coordination Platform.

This is the release package for LMU-COICP-RC-001, the baseline produced after ES-109 Testing and Verification. Testing showed that COICP has enough engineering value to support a controlled LMU internal engineering review, but not enough evidence to support operational pilot.

The release decision is intentionally narrow:

Approved for LMU internal engineering review only.
Not approved for operational pilot.
Spring Semester Synthetic Incident Dataset only.
AI Incident Summary disabled.

Example set

LMU Release Boundary

RC-001 is not a pilot. It is a controlled internal engineering review candidate. The release package deliberately prevents testing momentum from becoming accidental operational deployment.
