Operational Readiness Summary
Example purpose¶
This artifact records the ES-111 operational-readiness review for LMU-COICP-RC-001.
The review determines whether ES-112 Deployment and Transition may begin for the internal engineering review scope only.

Findings¶
| ID | Finding | Severity | Action | Owner | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ORF-001 | Operational scope correctly limited to LMU internal engineering review. | Low | Preserve in deployment. | Product Owner | Closed |
| ORF-002 | Reviewer groups are realistic and sufficient for review. | Low | Provision only approved accounts. | IT Security Reviewer | Closed |
| ORF-003 | Spring Semester Synthetic Incident Dataset is required for meaningful LMU review. | Medium | Load dataset in ES-112. | Product Engineer / Compliance | Open |
| ORF-004 | Stop criteria are necessary because guardrail-sensitive defects remain. | High | Include stop criteria in deployment transition. | Architecture Review Board | Open |
| ORF-005 | AI-disabled status must be checked before access. | Medium | Include AI check in ES-112. | AI Reviewer | Open |
| ORF-006 | Emergency-boundary scenario must be included. | Medium | Include COICP-SYN-322. | Campus Safety Liaison | Open |
| ORF-007 | Access removal and dataset reset must be validated. | Medium | Validate rollback controls in ES-112. | Product Engineer / IT | Open |
| ORF-008 | Known defects must remain visible during review. | Medium | Include defect list in transition message. | Product Owner | Open |
Conditions on ES-112¶
ES-112 must:
- deploy only LMU-COICP-RC-001;
- use the Internal Engineering Review Environment;
- provision only 24 approved reviewer accounts;
- load only the Spring Semester Synthetic Incident Dataset;
- keep AI Incident Summary disabled;
- include COICP-SYN-322 emergency-boundary scenario;
- validate reviewer account removal;
- validate synthetic dataset reset;
- deliver transition communication before access;
- preserve all known defects.
Review decision¶
Conditionally ready for ES-112 Deployment and Transition for LMU internal engineering review only.
Operational pilot remains blocked.
