ES-113 Readiness Gate¶
Purpose¶
This readiness gate verifies that ES-113 is complete and ES-114 can begin responsibly.
Post-release learning should not begin until operations and monitoring evidence is sufficient to support reflection, improvement, and stewardship.
Completion standard¶
You are ready to continue when each gate is satisfied or explicitly marked not applicable with rationale.

Exit criteria¶
ES-113 is complete when operations and monitoring evidence is sufficient for post-release learning and stewardship.
If not ready¶
If ES-113 is not ready, do not move into post-release learning with a weak evidence base.
Continue monitoring, reconstruct missing evidence only where reliable, or record the evidence gap honestly and carry it forward as a stewardship concern.
Do not enter ES-114 if incidents, feedback, and risk changes were never recorded.
The readiness gate ensures stewardship learns from evidence, not memory.
