Implementation Readiness Summary¶
Example purpose¶
This artifact summarizes the ES-106 implementation readiness package.
It records whether branch workflow, work items, guardrails, AI-use expectations, verification prechecks, repository readiness, and review expectations are clear enough for ES-107 — Controlled Implementation to begin.

Summary¶
ES-106 confirms readiness for controlled implementation of the first LMU/COICP implementation increment.
The readiness package defines branch workflow, traceable work items, implementation guardrails, AI-use expectations, verification prechecks, repository readiness, and review expectations.
Implementation can begin with the core synthetic incident workflow, evidence event behavior, and access-control checks, while AI Incident Summary remains conditional and may be deferred.

Ready work items¶
- IW-001 —
IncidentRecordentity. - IW-002 —
EvidenceEvententity. - IW-003 — Create synthetic incident workflow.
- IW-004 — Status and handoff update workflow.
- IW-005 — Basic access check.
- IW-007 — Error and exception behavior.
Conditional / deferred work items¶
| Work Item | Status | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| IW-006 — AI draft summary boundary | Conditional / likely deferred | AI readiness and review workflow are not core to first increment. |
| IW-008 — Review package stub | Deferred | Review/export should wait until core evidence behavior stabilizes. |
Blocking issues¶
| Issue | Treatment |
|---|---|
| Concrete build/test/lint commands must be filled in once implementation stack is selected. | Conditional blocker before real coding. |
| Retention rules remain unresolved. | Do not hard-code retention. |
| AI Incident Summary inclusion remains undecided. | Defer or feature-gate. |
| Emergency-boundary wording requires Campus Safety review. | Preserve exclusion and review before downstream testing. |
Readiness decision¶
ES-107 can begin conditionally.
Core implementation may begin after the repository branch is created and concrete build/test commands are added or stack-specific commands are documented as outside the example scope.
