Deployment Example¶
Purpose¶
This section contains the completed ES-112 — Deployment and Transition example for the LMU Campus Operations and Incident Coordination Platform.
This is the actual LMU/COICP deployment package for the internal engineering review baseline, not a generic deployment checklist. The package records how LMU-COICP-RC-001 was promoted into the Internal Engineering Review Environment after ES-111 Operational Readiness approved a narrow review-only scope.
The deployment did not authorize operational pilot, real campus incident use, production data, sensitive data, emergency workflow, or AI Incident Summary. It prepared a controlled review environment for approved LMU reviewers using the Spring Semester Synthetic Incident Dataset.

Example set¶
Deployment Overview
Define the LMU deployment objective, source evidence, deployment identifier, environment, and release boundary.
02Deployment Scope
Define the RC-001 baseline, LMU review environment, approved reviewers, dataset, enabled capabilities, disabled capabilities, and restrictions.
03Deployment Plan
Define the LMU deployment sequence, owners, stop points, validation checks, and expected result.
04Environment Readiness Check
Verify LMU internal environment readiness before access is granted.
05Deployment Execution Record
Record timestamped deployment execution evidence for RC-001.
06Transition Communication
Record the LMU reviewer message and delivery evidence.
07Access and Data Transition Record
Confirm approved LMU reviewer accounts and synthetic dataset controls.
08Rollback Validation Record
Validate LMU internal-review stop, pause, access removal, sample data reset, and return-to-stage actions.
09Post-Deployment Check
Confirm RC-001 remained inside approved deployment conditions after transition.
10Deployment Readiness Summary
Summarize deployment evidence and hand off to LMU monitoring.

RC-001 was deployed only for LMU internal engineering review. It was not released for Campus Operations pilot use, real incidents, production data, or AI-assisted summaries.
The deployment evidence matters because it proves the LMU team did not let a release-limited baseline become an accidental pilot. The environment, users, dataset, AI setting, and stop controls were all part of the deployment.
