Stage mission¶
Convert operational evidence, incidents, feedback, defects, risks, and engineering observations into durable learning, improvement actions, stewardship decisions, and future roadmap direction.

Completion criteria¶
ES-114 is complete when operational evidence is reviewed, lessons are recorded, incidents and defects are analyzed, feedback is synthesized, guardrail and AI learning is captured, improvements are logged with ownership and routing, stewardship plan exists, next-cycle recommendations are clear, and the cycle is closed with a stewardship summary.
Success criteria¶
ES-114 succeeds when the next engineering cycle can begin with clear evidence, priorities, owners, routing, and stewardship decisions rather than memory or guesswork.
Risks if skipped¶
Skipping ES-114 may result in repeated defects, lost feedback, unmanaged technical debt, weak governance, hidden AI risk, poor roadmap decisions, and system decay.
Lifecycle closure¶
ES-114 closes the current ETIS Engineering Platform cycle. Stewardship continues, and new engineering work begins by returning to the appropriate stage.
Maintenance notes¶
Stewardship evidence should be updated when operational risks change, improvement ownership changes, governance decisions change, or a new engineering cycle begins.
